Call of Duty is one of the longest going video game franchises in the industry as of now, and with the hype behind the new Call of Duty Vanguard, fans are expecting a masterpiece when it is released on Friday, November 5. Call of Duty fans must have been craving a new game since the release of their last game, as the reveal trailer has over twice as many views than last year’s game, Cold War.
Call of Duty Vanguard takes place in a time period many war game enthusiasts enjoy–the World War II era. To start off the feature list, multiplayer is getting twenty maps from the beginning. This is only seven fewer maps than Cold War had with the inclusion of their DLC maps, so Call of Duty fans can be expecting the game to end with 32 maps after the release of all their DLC packs.
This Call of Duty is one of the first, as well, with Sledgehammer Games and Treyarch working together to make this the most enjoyable experience. Treyarch is often said to be the company that produces the best zombie experience, so now they are exclusively working on the zombies in this game. These zombie matches are said to always be unique to the player as the matches now include objectives the player will have to complete.
Call of Duty Vanguard will also now include Ricochet Anti-Cheat, which PC players will be glad to hear as the older Call of Duties have been swamped with cheaters, which then leads people to stop playing the game completely. All in all, Call of Duty has always been a great franchise, and with this new release, players will be hoping that it sets in stone that Call of Duty is the best franchise in the video game industry.
